Of the time you dedicate to the content marketing ofyour blog, you should spend half the time generating new content , and the other half optimizing and improving your already published posts.
As Romuald explains in the video, it is not about optimizing all the posts of your blog. For example, I have more than 300 posts published on this blog. If I had to optimize them all would drive me crazy.

As you can see in the image, in the red box my list appears and we see that the first 3 posts receive more than 2,000 visits per month each.These are the posts of your blog that you must take and optimize so that they improve their positioning.
It is very good to appear on the first page of Google, but you should know that the first 3 positions of a result in Google are the ones that take most of the web traffic, so if you have a post in 6 position and you manage to upload it to 3 position, you will notice a significant change in the visits to this post, even if you have it positioned in 3 position and get to upload it to the first position.

It is clear that you can greatly increase your web traffic by simply optimizing the content of the posts that you have already positioned so that these scale up several positions in Google.
