This is a post where I have to tell you something important and there may be people who do not agree, but I have to be clear in this regard.Abandonment! My blog does not work
If you are one of my faithful readers, do not be alarmed ... I do not intend to leave my blog ????
I have put this title to the post because I have realized that this is what happens to the vast majority of people who decide to make a blog , and it is not because they have chosen the wrong niche, or because they are monetizing your blog with a product Do not convert, or because email marketing does not work ... the reason is very simple.
Blogging does not give results. My blog does not work
A few months ago I decided to launch a free service to help people who would like to have a blog, but who did not have the technical knowledge to mount it properly.
Completely free offered to mount your blog helping you to hire a hosting, installing me WordPress, and installing a template and the plugins that I recommend and consider necessary.
All this I did totally free, in exchange for you to hire the hosting through my affiliate link, thus getting me a commission. This is what we call a WIN - WIN relationship. You win because I give you your blog ready to work on it, and I earn the commission for hosting.
The launch of this service had a positive response when I announced it with an email to my list of subscribers, since I received between 60 and 70 emails requesting the free service.
I answered all these emails with precise instructions on how to contract the hosting and asking that once they received the email with the access data of the provider, they will send it to me to install WordPress.
Do you know how many people hired the hosting of the total of 70 people interested?
¡12!
As you hear it, only 12 people.
I gave these 12 people their blog ready to start posting posts.
I was a bit stung by curiosity, and after 3 or 4 months I decided to go through these blogs to see how these people are doing with their blogs.
Do you know how many have worked on your blog and have published a few posts?
Only 2 or 3 people!
... and in several months they have only published 4 or 5 posts as much.
The rest have the blog as I delivered it ... even some still have posted the post that comes by default with WordPress "Hello World" ????
Collect information
- Email sent to more than 5,000 people who are supposed to be interested in making money online because one day they subscribed to my blog.
- 70 people request the service of creating a free blog.
- Of the 70 people, only 12 decide to take the step.
- Months later, of 12 blogs, only 2 or 3 are active generating content.
Seeing these sad statistics gives me to think when you later find people on the Internet who claim that passive income is a myth , that everything to make money online is a scam , and that it is almost impossible to make money with a blog , and that is only available to a few.
OF COURSE THAT IS ONLY AT REACH OF A FEW ... BECAUSE ONLY A FEW ARE WILLING TO GET IT.
Understand me well.
I am not angry, although it may seem like it and if you are one of these subscribers I am not giving you the quarrel.
I understand that everyone will have a reason why they decide to leave ... or not even start:
- I have no time.
- I do not know what to write about.
- I do not have the necessary motivation.
- I am simply a lazy man because the human being is gandul by nature.

What is clear is that if you want to make money with a blog, you can get it , but you have to focus on what you want to achieve and work with consistency until you achieve it.
Do not be one more than 90% of people who really want to make money online but abandon the first exchange and then say that passive income is a myth.
The problem is not whether the blogging is effective or not to generate income, because it is proven that if it works, the problem is in our human nature.
